Order Tracking

International Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. 

Incorrect Address Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Carlysdarlia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
